Crew seeking work may create a profile page to highlight many of the common requirements considered when yachting industry clients are seeking crew. This will contain contact information, personal details, certifications, access to their resume / CV, photographs, videos, letters of reference and other uploaded documents.
Registered and Non Registered users can access candidate profile details.
Crew seeking jobs will access job listings and submit their profile for consideration by the employer posting the job.
The site and services are intended for persons who are 18 or older. Any access to or use of the Site or Services by anyone under 18 is prohibited.
You agree to provide accurate registration, profile and contact information and keep such information current.
A candidate profile page will be made available via the site to potential employers. Employers will be able to contact you via the contact details provided in registration or via the site and its services.
You acknowledge and agree that you are responsible for the content you post on your profile page. Crew Files reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account and your access to the site.
Crew Files is not involved in the connection or communication from crew to employer other than providing this searchable website.
Crew Files does not request an employment agreement and is not a Crew Agent.
POSTING / SUBMISSIONS
Crew Files makes no guarantees as to the level of success a user may achieve by using the service.
No party may enter data that is knowingly inaccurate, incomplete or false.
No party may enter data that does not belong to them.
Crew Files is not liable for any disputes brought about by accessing the candidate database or any disputes between your chosen applicants and yourselves.
No party may upload any items that are deemed offensive by the company. This includes creating hyperlinks to materials deemed to be offensive by the company. Additionally no items may be uploaded that are designed to damage the systems (ex. Viruses, Trojan horses, worms, time bombs, etc.) or designed to crack the system or extract protected data.
Unlimited credit memberships are availalbe for recruiters and require verificaiton.
Users may not access, collect, record, alter or interfere with account data that does not belong to them. Any attempts or successes at violating another users data or privacy shall result in breach of this usage agreement and may result in criminal or civil proceedings.
You agree that you will not disclose your password to any third party and that you will take sole responsibility for any activities or actions under your Crew Files account.
All downloads of information may be printed but not for commercial use. Other information may not be copied, distributed or forwarded from this site. All copyright, database rights and other intellectual property rights in the site and the material available on the site belong to Crew Files and/or third parties. No proprietary rights apply.
MOBILE MESSAGING TERMS - ONLY USED FOR CREW AVAILABILITY REMINDERS
Mobile messaging is used to communicate with registered candidates seeking jobs, acting as a reminder that they are listed with Crew Files as actively seeking daywork, freelance and/or permanent work.
When you provide us with your mobile phone number, you are expressly agreeing that Crew Files may send you text messages (including SMS and MMS) to that phone number. You also agree to pay the charges to your wireless bill or to have them deducted from your prepaid balance for this service. You acknowledge that you have the consent of the wireless account holder. Crew Files may send you up to 4 messages per month. Message and data rates apply.
Reply STOP to cancel, HELP for help. You agree to receive a final text message confirming your opt-out. Texts may be sent through an automatic telephone dialing system.
Your carrier may prohibit or restrict certain mobile features and certain mobile features may be incompatible with your carrier or mobile device. Contact your carrier with questions regarding these issues.

Clients should take independent verification to protect themselves against loss or damage. Crew Files does not confirm the identity of candidate, experience, training or qualifications. We do not screen potential employees and cannot be held accountable in any way. Crew Files recommends to obtain 2 references and a criminal record check.
We will make every effort to maintain a continuous service but on occasion there will be interruptions and delays to the site out of our control. We are at liberty to alter design and functionality of the site at any time.
THIRD PARTY LIABILITY
We are not responsible for any loss or damage suffered by a third party as a result of using our site, we are also not responsible for loss of earnings, profit, consequential loss or speculative loss which includes, death or personal injury caused by negligence.
We do not refund or prorate any amount.
Job postings which contain discriminatory elements such as race and disability may result in legal proceedings. At will, we will remove such advertisements without refund and inform you accordingly.

All Advertisers to Crew Files must adhere to our terms and conditions as well as details laid out below.
If we feel that your material or content is illegal, open to liability or we have received complaints we will remove your advertisement at will, with no notice.
We are not responsible for the cost of running your advertisement, any liability resulting in the advertising of your product, and no liability for loss of profit or business.
