Chef/cook required for 2week trip aboard private 60ft/18.3m sailing yacht.
2-3 guests aboard 10-23July from Olbia, Sardinia to Olbia, Sardinia. Yacht will be sailing from Palma 05July & returning 27July for Palma based applicants.
Primary job aboard is to provide high quality meals for the guests: Breakfasts are simple fresh fruit/toast, lunch & 3-course evening meal aboard required. Galley is well prepared and sizable. Guests eating ashore some nights. Secondary job is to assist skipper in keeping yacht clean & assisting with manoeuvres.
Experience cooking for guests is absolutely necessary - please send through a sample menu with CV. Menu's centred around healthy med-style cuisine will be well received.
